Our Son's Birthday Celebration

It is always fun to celebrate a Birthday.  Today was our time to celebrate the birth of our Son KR.  Other than the immediate family, he is known as Ken.   Everyone wants their name to continue on, so in our case, KR's middle name is Richard.

When he was born we had some very close friends who had a son at the same time, and named him Kenny.   Kenny's thumb was always in his mouth and we did not care for that so much.  Since the name Kenny reminded me of thumb sucking, we just started calling our son KR.   Works out okay as he always comes when called.

I hope you enjoy the pictures of our family birthday celebration.   KR's Daughter Holly, her Husband Jameison, My Sisters Carole, from Florida, and my sister Toni from Kentucky were here to help celebrate the birthday.   The celebration started on Saturday night at Massey's Pizza.  It was a surprise party, since KR was not aware of it, or did he know that my sisters were in town.  Sandy had to tell a little white lie to get him there.  The surprise came off great.
